Is this legitimate? Can someone file claims for me?
Yes. Class-action settlements are public, court-administered compensation programs, and you may authorize a service to prepare and submit your claim forms. ClaimWisely is not a law firm, gives no legal advice and represents no one in court — we handle the administrative claims process you already have the right to complete.
Do you take a percentage of my settlement?
Never. Membership is a flat $9.99/month with unlimited filings. Any approved payment is sent to you directly by the settlement administrator and never passes through ClaimWisely.
How does the money reach me, and how long does it take?
If a claim is approved, the administrator pays by check, prepaid card or transfer under its court-approved plan, sent to the details on file. Payment happens only after a window closes and the court gives final approval — commonly 6–18 months after filing, sometimes longer. No timeline or payment is guaranteed.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your PayPal subscription settings or by emailing us — no fee, no contract. Claims already filed keep being tracked through payout even after you cancel.
What information do you need from me?
Only intake facts that establish eligibility: products and accounts you’ve held, employment and residency. You never give us a Social Security number or bank details; if an administrator ever requires identity verification, it’s collected through that administrator’s official channel.
