Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. Information we collect

Payment information: all checkout and recurring billing is handled by PayPal. We never receive or store your credit card, bank account or PayPal credentials.

2. How we use your information

3. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only when filing a claim makes it necessary — with the relevant court-appointed settlement administrator — and with a small number of service providers (such as hosting and email providers) who are bound by contractual confidentiality. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or advertising networks.

4. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your membership is active and afterward only as long as required to support filed claims, comply with law and maintain records. You may request deletion, subject to information we are legally required to retain.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use only cookies that are necessary for the site to function, together with privacy-respecting aggregate analytics that do not identify you personally.

6. Your privacy rights (CCPA and similar state laws)

U.S. residents may request to know what personal information we hold, correct it, request deletion, and exercise these rights without discriminatory treatment. To make a request, email support@claimwisely.org. We will verify and respond within the timeframe required by law.

7. Security

Personal information is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and least-privilege internal access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data with industry-standard measures.

8. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the revised version will be posted here with a new date. Questions or privacy requests: support@claimwisely.org. See also our Terms of Service.
